Scattered cities float atop chucks of land in the clouds above a continent covered by an infinite forest plagued with storms and a ferocious creatures. The cities’ rulers hold an uneasy peace while looking for the king that rightfully rules them. The flames of war threaten to rise while the power that saved the land slowly begins to fail. This land is Drazmira, the cursed kingdom.
The lands of Drazmira are in trouble. Once unified under the great king Drazimire Runestone the cities of the land took to the sky to escape the curse of Absol. The curse caused the land to turn against the kingdom. Earthquakes, floods, and a forest of unnatural and dark energy began to take over the land like a mold. It was only by crafting a deal with an ancient and benevolent spirit that the king was able to have the towns lifted into the clouds to escape their fate.
1000 years spend amongst the clouds the lands have an uneasy peace. The last king Howden Runestone is proclaimed dead after his castle went missing in an exceptionally powerful storm. The lands at that point had been divided amongst his three sons Saldas, El’Heart, and Eveont. The three princes fight over who shall rule the kingdom in its entirety. The war known as the “war of three sons” lasted 40 years after the king was proclaimed dead. Now ,though the war has ended, hatred has taken its place. Drazmira, the kingdom in the sky, rest on the edge of a second war as an even more sinister fate grows more unavoidable.
The powers that allowed the cities to take to the sky are waning. The only way to keep these massive city sized chucks of land afloat is to ask the ancient spiritto loan the power. However, the only way to contact the spirit is by using the crown that the king wore on his head. Believing the castle to have landed in the wild and chaotic land beneath the cities the princes send teams of promising adventures into the the wilderness looking for the crown. Some must wonder, do they want the crown to save the lands or just so they can be crowned king of Drazmira.
